It's an known issue, but not sure if it has been fixed. There are multiple topics about it.
I read several about not being able to have a baby at the hospital due to no hospital staff, but not about the hospital staff and patients are on an empty lot when I join my Sim at work. Could you please link me to any posts or information. Thank you
