hot and cold weather wear outfits missing make up

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? not sure the number but i haven't updated it yet for today's September 5th patch
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? i have all the dlc
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? put make up on your sims on their hot and cold weather outfits after they sleep go to work shower or it just plain up becomes 12:00am start of a new day the make up disappears
What happens when the bug occurs? the make up disappears from the sims outfit entirely and isn't even found in Create a Sim
What do you expect to see? make up i put on the sim in hot/cold weather outfits not disappearing. i waited a while to post this hoping it would get patched because there's not much online about this issue

Please describe the patch or change you made. after i got seasons i believe
this has been a long occuring issue and i thought i would bring it to ea's attention themselves because its only got mention somewhere else online and was never solved i have removed my custom content and mods and tested it and it still occurs
