Household not available in Load Game?

Placing them in a new game will mean that they will be at the same level as when they were last saved to your Library.

I just did it and I'm down to my first Sim with 0's across the board. Whomp whomp.

    Strange, almost like the save files for that family has been deleted..
    But you didn't know when last you played with them? And can look if you have a save file from the same time and date?
