Households Will Not Load (Error Code)

Everytime I go to play my game, it will load all the way up to when I need to select a household to play with. After attempting to load, it reverts back to the map with a box that reads "The game failed to load. Error Code: 124:a0e7871e:fc8c7e84. It is recommended that you relaunch the game."

I do have CC in my game, but it is not too much and I have screened it for bugs/bad software. I also cleaned out my cache.

At this point I am desperate. I don't want to lose all my CC or saves so if anyone has a solution I would greatly appreciate it!

@caseynathan23 Have you tested without and mods/cc at all ?

Backup your current save, then remove your cc and test on the copy of the save.

If it works that way, you will need to weed through your cc to find the culprit
