How can i get my account back? Now its linked to an unknown phone

My primary account has been stolen from me yesterday, I changed the password back now, but each time I want to log in, it is saying that I need to type in a security code that sent to the cell phone. I never linked my account to any cell. I want to dislink this cell to get my account back! I am not in UK or Canada so I cant call u, but I can provide game cdkey or security answer. Please tell me what shall I do next.
