How can i open data files and edit them?
I am trying to open a ClientDeltaBuild0.package (to go in and add/edit names that are given to randomly generated townies in game) But a data file tool from mod the sims doesnt have an updated link.. Is there another program i can use to open and edit data files? Thanks in advance!
