How can i open data files and edit them?
I am trying to open a ClientDeltaBuild0.package (to go in and add/edit names that are given to randomly generated townies in game) But a data file tool from mod the sims doesnt have an updated link.....
I am sorry but we can not support mods here. Ask in the forums of that site.
