How can I restart Sims 4 to enable games packs?
I play Sims 4 on Windows pc and I downloaded the Werewolf and Realm of Magic game packs. They're downloaded, but both say I have to 'restart to use". I've closed the game and EA like normal, that didn't work. I've restarted my laptop, that didn't work. I've uninstalled and reinstalled both EA and Sims, that didn't work. I've repaired Sims, that didn't work. The game doesn't need any updates. I don't know what else to do. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this issue? I spent nearly $30 on these packs and that money was just wasted if I can't get them to work. I'll try contacting EA tech support if I can't figure this out by next week, but I wanted to see if anyone else had any solutions first.
@derfcom Try clearing the cache in the EA app. EP app - help - apprecovery - clear cache. Could be OneDrive. Ypou need to excluse the user - documents - electronic arts folder from OneDrive = in OneDrive settings. I also check keep files on the pc.
