How do I change the location of my Mods folder?

I installed the sims 4 on my D drive where there is available space (This PC/New Volume(D:)/Program Files(x86)/Origin Games/Sims 4) but when I started the game it created a new Electronic Arts folder ...

My dad was able to put my sims 4 folder including all my mods and saves on onedrive(cloud) and it shows up in my game! :) So my mods aren't taking up any drive space cause it's in the cloud now.
