Random glitch
I don’t know if it’s just my game but for some reason whenever I press a female household I have the option to ask their due date even if they’re not pregnant. Its kinda funny tbh but I wanted to ask this since I searched and found nothing from others. Is there a way to fix this? Its not a significant problem but just wanna see. I do have cc and mods but Im pretty sure this is a base game interaction.
mods shows up at start even though i don't have them in my PC
Hii, I have a problem with mods, I had mods in my game, but I uninstalled them and then didn't play the sims for some while, now I wanted to play but my game says I have mods there, old mods, and runs incorrectly, I looked in all my folders on my computur, but I can't find anything, I tried uninstalling the app, but nothing helps. Could anyone please tell me if anything like this happened to them or how to undo this issue? I would be really gretaful!

what do I do when my scripted mods wont turn on? I've tried to delete the app and redownload it but its still wont turn on, I also have hit the repair option when managing the game but its still wont turn on. I know the mods I have are compatible together but wont let me use them in the game.
I lost everything
After not playing the sims 4 for a few months, I opened it as I normally used to do, to my surprise the interface had completely changed, but what caught my attention the most is that there was no option to continue my games nor did any CC detected I particularly noticed that in Documents > Program files > Electronic Arts only a folder called "EA Desktop" appeared when I remember well that there was only a folder of The Sims 4, where I had all my CC and I imagine that the information of the saved games Checking my OneDrive (which I don't use, nor did it let me restore my files from the website) I found the Sims4 folder, however, when I put it back in the path I mentioned above (I downloaded the files and put it manually there) and start the game, the CC still does not appear (even if I activate the option from the game) or my games progress It should also be emphasized that I have the game from epic and clearly I also have the EA I hope someone can help me, thank you very muchCrashing.
My game has mods, get-to-work, cats & dogs, and seasons. I've recently tried to open the game and after showing the "sims 4" logo screen it went white and crashed. My game has been crashing for a while and I've repaired it and tried to update my driver but i have the best driver already installed.
Deleted entire Mods folder, localthumbcache file doesn't show up.
A few months ago, I deleted my entire mods folder because I was having a lagging problem and thought this would help with it. However, my game ended up being laggy still when I opened it and it got me frustrated to the point I didn't play for a few months. I came back to the game today and created a new Mods folder so I could keep playing with mods. However, no matter how many times I open the game or rename my folder (I've double checked it says "Mods" each time) localthumbcache file doesn't show up and I cant use mods. How do I get localthumbcache back? I'd like to clarify, I did not only delete the Mods folder's contents, but the folder itself.
Sims loop, keep moving and wont progress game
So basically for a couple days now everytime I load my save, my kid sims freak out about a monster under the bed and that loops, I can’t press on anything, i can’t pause or speed up time nor is time progressing and even if i manage to pause it, the plumbob for example will keep spinning. I’ve tried removing my mods, I’ve tried pretty much everything and i’m not sure how to fix this. I can’t save or exit and the only way is to press exit or Alt + F4 and then click it until microsoft comes up with ‘The sims 4 is not responding’ Any help is appreciated
Not able to run mods. Contains a rant. Sorry not sorry. I am tired of this.
I re-enable mods load and they get disabled. I load in the game run it without the mods exit without saving, then relog in and you disable mods again. This is a huge loop. My mods are up to date, Your game is broken. Why do you not make a new Sims instead of pushing this crappy old game on us? I am tired of being nice. I refuse to buy packs for an old game. I play this because I have no choice if I want to play the Sims. There are too many packs and they are for things that were free on the other sims games. Fix the game and honestly stop adding packs no one really wants when we all want a new not broken old game!
