How do I change the location of my Mods folder?

I installed the sims 4 on my D drive where there is available space (This PC/New Volume(D:)/Program Files(x86)/Origin Games/Sims 4) but when I started the game it created a new Electronic Arts folder ...

I watched the video, but I still can't figure out how to move my documents folder. I'm on windows 7, and if I right click documents and choose properties, it doesn't give me the same options as the video showed.
