I don't know if u have done it but if not I would go to the Game store, Cex store or Grainger Games that's if your in England then take your laptop if u have it to there then they would do it for u remember to take the sims 4 if u have a computer e-mail them or call them. I hope I helped.
Ugh I really do not like origin... I let my mom download sims 4 to her computer so i could play since i didnt get my laptop yet... Im so mad i made this origin for no reason thinking i could use the same code with another account ... My mom already made an account and wont give me the info after i asked for months but now since it updated she forgot her info
What am i suppose to do now? I really wanna play but i dont want to go through the origin process. Can i just download sims 4 online ?
