how do i end my sims pregnancy
I don't know how to end it my sim got pregnant then I realized I did not want my sim to have another kid help she is on 3rd trimester

Best thing to do is have the baby and then either neglect it until the social worker takes it away or delete it through the household manager.
You can use this cheat
stats.set_stat commodity_pregnancy 100
(with testing cheats on) to have the baby immediately
