Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

I purchased an expansion pack, game pack and stuff pack back when Origin was a thing. I’m unable to find any trace of said purchases in my purchase history nor do I own them according to the app. 

I have tried troubleshooting it myself but I can’t figure it out. The packs were purchased for me as a gift so I don’t want to loose them as I would be wasting the gifter’s money. 

PLEASE HELP ME!!!
