Re: [FAQ] Why don't my expansion packs transfer between platforms?

Years ago, I played the sims 4 on my xbox. I had spent probably over $150 on packs, and eventually lost interest in the game. I found myself remembering it recently and wanting to start playing it again. However, after logging into the same xbox account on the sims on my computer, all the packs I bought were gone, and I've got no idea how to get them back. Along with this, it says my username is the same as it was when I used to play the sims, when I've since changed my xbox username.
