How do I install The Sims 4 from a disc onto a PC Windows 10? I've searched everywhere but I can't find an answer. When I insert disc 1 into my disc drive, some steps appear on how to download it. It...

    Yes it works on Windows 10.
    Try redeeming the code through Origin (Origin in the menu).

@Phantomlover1717 I am really stuck, i have my disc in the computer, then it doesnt do anything. I then go to origin which i have an account on, and it says i have to buy it again?..

    @ALSMfamily Do you have a code in your box, you could try redeeming that code in Origin.
    In Origin choose Origin in the menu then choose 'redeem product code'.
