You should have the same in the Bin folder

I don’t have any of those things except the three folders. My shortcut was just randomly deleted and I don’t have to run the legacy edition. This is madness, lol.

Try to launch the game from Origin
Open "My games library" and click on TS4. You should have the option "Play"
If you don't have this option reinstall the game.

Hi, I do not have a bin folder.. and when i tried changing from 64 bit to 32 it erased all my saved data from my worlds so i switched back to the 64 bit. Is that complicating the ability to create a shortcut?

@_graceee8 The 32-bit Legacy Edition reads from a different user data folder than the standard version of Sims 4, which is why your saves were gone when you switched to the LE. That has nothing to do with the shortcut or where it's located.
If you can open Sims 4, you have a Bin folder somewhere. Unless you changed the default install path, TS4_x64.exe will be located here:
Program Files(x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 4\Game\Bin
Open a File Explorer window, click This PC in the left panel, then follow the path to find the .exe. (It might just look like TS4_x64 if your OS is set to hide file extensions.) If you don't see it, you can search for "TS4_x64" (without quotes) in a File Explorer window. When you see the .exe, you can click on it and then go to its location, from where you can right-cllick and Send to > Desktop to create the shortcut.
