How do I reset my Sims 4 when it isnt downloaded on my computer?

I sorry I am new at this, but I don’t recall see it in any games in a Library. Where would I located that? Please be patient with me!

Hey @pxm2526 in your previous post you mentioned clicking on the game in your order history, was this within the launcher?

It's mostly likely the case that you have multiple EA accounts and are logged into a secondary account. The best thing to do is log out of your Origin account and then on the sign-in page hit forgot password and enter any email accounts that you may have. If there is an account linked to that email then you will receive an email prompting you to reset your password.
