How do I restart my sims 4 game??

My game keeps saying to use my mods I have to restart. My mod worked before but then I went into my game and my people were naked and there basically nothing in my house. I don't know what it wants me to do to restart and there is no restart button I can find. Please help me. What do I do?

    Just quit the game and re-open it. 

    But it sounds like some mods/CC aren't working with the latest update of the game.

    I suggest taking it all out, putting half back, test the game, keep splitting until everything works normally again.
