Try using Control + Shift + Tab it puts the Sims 3 mouse on. You can also find the option in the options menu.
nevermind about the sims 3 version of rotating. Can you just tell me how to do the new sims 4 way? that would be awesome...

Ok thanks! I figured it out too! Also, how do you rotate in general, like to move the camera around instead of forward,back, and side to side? Not to move objects, like to look around easily!😕mileytongue:
