How do I transfer my Electronic Arts Folder for My Sims 4 saved games?

My documents in C: drive is already full so I wanted to transfer my Electronic Arts folder which kept my The Sims 4 folder including my saved games, mods, screenshots, videos, custom music, etc. to a...

@bootsguy @puzzleaddict After I did the initial command prompt it says it could not do so because there is already a folder that exists but when I deleted the original folder in Documents and made the command prompt again it says it could not find the path folder

@bootsguy  Please launch Sims 4 once, which will create a new Electronic Arts folder.  Close the game, right-click the Electronic Arts folder, select Properties > General, and post the Location here.
