How to access Cloud Storage?

I always kept Cloud Storage turned on. Last night my PC crashed and I had to reinstall Windows with recovery method. Installed The Sims today and I have no idea how to access the save games.

    Hi @glycoholate

    cloud save doesn't work with Sims 4.

    I'm afraid that if you also had to delete your data and haven't made a backup, there's not much you can do.
