how to add sim model in blender

i really need help on how to add a plane female base model mesh for blender for creating cc everyone says to go to s4s but there answers are not specific i know its possible bcuz ive seen people do it for 3ds max and blender i just want a full body mesh not a rig if you can give me an in depth response on how to import a full body model mesh is would be greatly helpful thank you&lt;3
