How to download DLC after already redeeming the code?

Hello! My origin is a bit wonky, nothing serious it just sometimes doesn't register that I have the Sims 4 when I know I have it. It's easily fixable, just restarting my computer, however, today I bought cottage living and got the code for it. I went to download it and origin was having one of those glitches so the download said error unable to download. Thinking it would fix the problem I restarted my computer and then re-entered the code, however, it said the code had already been redeemed. It isn't in my download manager and I can't seem to find any place where I can start the download process. Any help is appreciated and thank you so much! 🙂
