@Kenzie_The_Sim Try clearing Origin's cache:

Then look to see whether the pack is available in your game library.
If not, you might have this issue:
Please keep an eye on the thread for a fix from EA. If the fix is confirmed and you still don't see the pack in your library, please contact EA customer support to ask for help.
Thank you so much! I took a look at the forum you sent and people are saying it probably won't download until after 7pm CET so I think I'll wait until then but if it doesn't download after that I'll try clearing my cache. Again thank you so much for the response, I really appreciate it!
