how to fix career tab

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? i dont know but my program files are 86?
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? island living, pets
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? career tab
What happens when the bug occurs? i cant see promotion task and they barely get promoted , also it happens with any sim

hi, i don't know when this started because i never really cared that much but now its just annoying because i cant see the promotion tasks and they literally never get promoted ! if anyone has a solution please tell me ,it would be so so so helpful.😞
