PACKS NOT SHOWING+NOT ON MARKETPLACE

Anyone know if EA intends on fixing this? Redoing the post bc I think I was in the wrong channel and it's been two weeks and nothing's changed when a lot of other people have reported this and been told EA would fix it.

I've tried everything, clear cache, repair game, delete everything (mods etc) including the app and redownload everything, check folders, restart computer etc for HOURS. And NO, the marketplace trick does not work cuz as said in my title, they're not even in there, not showing (my packs missing are the ones I can't even find in the Marketplace.) It's been a while and nothing has been fixed. Anyone with my problem pls manifest yourself so that our frustration can be prioritized. I know it's up to EA to make a new update cuz the last one broke the game again, and I've seen like reports from 3 years ago having the same problem (minus the marketplace, obviously), so it's kind of giving me hope that this is temporary. Just pls manifest yourself if you are like me or are a sims 4 'expert' and know this is a common problem that always gets fixed down the line.
