How to get neighbors to LEAVE!?
I can't get them to leave, ever! They don't listen to the Good Bye action nor the Ask to Leave action. And those actions aren't even available all the time. The only way I can get them out of my hous...

There's a new glitch/bug out with lots. If the leave interaction is not showing up, your lot may be bugged.
How to check...
Go into build/buy mode, click the house info, and check and see if your lot is set as residental or if it's a solid color block. If it's a solid color block.. it's bugged.
To fix a bugged lot:
Go to manage world, evict household, go into build/buy on lot, go to lot info and chose residental for your lot. Go back to manage world, move sims back in. Double check once back in house to see if your lot is showing as residental. If not, you'll have to find a new lot. If it is, your Ask to Leave should be back. Some lots from gallery, especially, are bugged. When you are going to get a house from gallery, place lot without being with an active sim, go into lot info and double check it's a residental, then you can move them in without the hassle of evicting later.
