how to install the sims 4??? HELP!

I also done all this trying entering my product code on Origin all went through but taking weeks to download just getting to a point then it cuts out with a error having my game now for more than one month and still didn't play it waiting for my second game i pre-order for a month getting the answer from my supplier that they will only send it to me ones i downloaded my sims 4 game i just feel they have my money  what it got to do with them if it is install or not EA games are really getting to there customers that support them for many years sin sims 1 come out i bought all there games until now now i had it cost us a arm and a leg for this games then we must battle like this
