How to play Sims 4 on a different laptop

Hi, we have an origin account and Sims 4.  We have 2 laptops and want to be able to play the same game on either.  Not at the same time, just whichever laptop we decide to use to be able to play the game where we left off before.  Does anyone know how to do this please? Is it possible? At the moment we can only play on the 1st laptop we used - and when we try the other it wants to start a brand new game. Thank you!
