How to restart my origin account. SERIOUS PROBLEM HERE!

I am so angry! So I have had the sims 4 since 2015 and made my origin account then. I have not learned how to install mods till now. So I tried to use mods and it worked fine. But then I tried to use...

Hi @InKremlin

Try resetting your user files as described in the factory reset described in this post: http://answers.ea.com/t5/The-Sims-4/FAQ-Troubleshooting-Steps-amp-Known-Issues/m-p/3621199

You won't loose anything. Just make sure to not delete any files  and make a backup.

Try on a new game with nothing added back first (start new game).

This should reset the game completely. 

Not sure what you mean by posts though. You mean forum posts or gallery uploads ? You can just delete those

    OMG. IT WORKED. So what went down was I just right clicked the original sims 4 folder and I duplicated it. I just named it sims4 copy and left both folders in. Then I opednd the sims and it was perfectly fine the whole game restarted and it asked me for totoruials and everything! The only thing weird was the mouse was invert. So went back to electronic arts folder and removed the original sims4 folder. AND IT WORKED. EVERYTHING IS BACK TO NORMAL. The only thing is I have to restart my game. And also my computers graphics were nerfed a bit but otherwise everything worked exacatly as u said and Im happy with the results. Thanks you.

      You can try put your saves back from the renamed folder to see if they are still playable.
