How to turn pre-existing child sims into vampires?

I have a set of child-aged twins and i really want them to be vampires. I've tried making both parents into vampires in CAS, and even tried a cheat but they just stayed thirsty. Does anyone know how I can turn them into vampires without recreating them in CAS (Which i have tried and failed.)?

    Had the same problem. Age the kids up to teens/adults, turn them into a vampire, then use cas.fulleditmode to age them back down to a child. Hope this helps! 🙂

    You can go to Forgotten Hollow and ask one of the residence after becoming friends to turn them.

    Children cannot become vampires. He will have to wait until they age up before getting someone to turn them.
