how to update the newer version of the sims 4

umm every time i play the sims 4 i cant find my saved games it keeps on saying i have to update the newer version and how do i do that

    Hello q1w2e3r4t5ken

    You should be able to update your game via Origin. If nothing shows up, then please right click on the game icon and press 'Check For Update'
