How to upload games ive used before

I have used sims 4 before on another device, I cannot get onto it now. I assume I used origin the first time to get onto it as it needs the internet to work but I now have a laptop and my code says it has been used, which it probably has, by me. I have not changed my email address so any other account i had should have been accessible via this email but no account was found, so i made a new one.

Is there any way I can now use this game? the laptop I have has no disk drive and i will need to use the game through origin to play. Thanks, Lisa 🙂
