Hundreds of customers while sim is away from veterinarian lot

When my sim opens her veterinarian and leaves the lot to let her employee run it, the employee can apparently serve 180 customers in 5 hours sim time. This does not seem realistic, considering the ve...

@xoxLisaa 15 customers in 9 hours .. sounds normal ?

How many do you get each hour ? Is there a big jump at one point or just steadily a lot ?

DId you try it multiple days? It happens with me the 2 or 3th time i leave the lot. And most of the time it says 0 customers in 5 hours, and then suddenly a jump to 90 in 6 hours
