Re: Sims 4 - Packs missing from EA app

Hello, 

I’ve had a massive panic over the fact that hundred of pounds worth of add ons, expansion packs and all the other stuff I have bought is lost. It’s not in ‘manage my add ons’ I’m absolutely annoyed because I’ve just uninstalled sims 4 and just downloading it, luckily I’ve not lost the stuff packs I bought the other day. 

Does anyone know of something I can do, I had lots of different worlds and a few holiday destinations and it’s literally all gone. Some packs I had were - seasons, cottage living, life and death, for rent, growing together, high school years, get to work, cats and dogs, get famous, island living, the university one, realm of magic, spa day, parenthood. Like the list goes on, I’ve tried to set up a chat with EA, they’ve claimed it’s fixed but nothing has come back and can’t see any other way to get in contact. 

please help, I’ve spent over 1000 hours and then when I nipped on the game a few months ago it was like 100 hours, and didn’t notice until the other day while trying to make a house I have the basic game.
