I am dealing with the same problem the only thing that helped was abandoning the save file in which the problem occurred. The bug occurred suddenly with and without mods. My drivers are all up to date.  I started a completely new safe file yesterday and this one seems to be working without any problems. I’m a bit sad that I had to abandon my family but I hope there will be a fix in the future.
