Imma have to just run in circles until I find a solution
hi, i'm having the same problem i tried to do everything but nothing worked. did u find a solution? or do you know what causes the white screen ? i'm desperate. (btw i have a gaming pc i dont know how is this happening)
@Stepcolcuore Does this happen when you first load the game, or later in the run of play? If the latter, when does it happen, for example when you're sending your sims traveling to a particular world?
As a test, please try playing in a clean user folder. Move the entire Sims 4 folder out of Documents > Electronic Arts and onto your desktop, and when you launch the game, a clean folder will spawn with no content. (Your saves and other content will be intact in the folder you moved but temporarily not read by the game.) Don't add anything to the new folder yet; just start a new save and see whether you get the white screen.
If the new save is affected too, please run a dxdiag and attach it to a post.

I just downloaded a Add on for sims 4 and every time I tray and go In create a sim it goes to a full white screen please help a fellow simmer out
@zl9mpnswbd7d Does this happen with your Mods folder removed? Please test if you haven't already.
