I am having problems with custom content in my sims 4 game

Can someone help me with this? I have watched tons of tutorials and read so many forum posts, but none of it is helping at all. None of the custom content is showing up in my game. I don't know what ...

Which CC did you downloaded?

Were they maybe retexture of something, like hair?

If so, you have to download the original first, then your retextured CC will be showing up in the game.
