I can’t move my mouse once I get onto the main menu
I can move it when it’s loading but I cannot move it once I get to the main menu. I have no mods or cc downloaded. Does anyone know what to do?

1.Check-in your mouse settings if you have MouseTrails on and if you do, turn them off.
2. Change the game in graphics options to windowed or full windowed mode
3. Disable Origin in-game
4. Go to the Documents /Electronics Arts > The Sims 4 folder
Find there Options file - this one with a toothed ring and delete it.
The game will recreate it after turning on.
