is still the Intel driver. I don't know why it's a problem here. Technically, many laptops with dedicated graphics funnel the graphics-related data through the iGPU, but that's not usually an issue on a practical level aside from the performance hit.
Still, since it's a problem for you, try installing the newest driver available for your processor and graphics chip:

If you get an error when trying to install the driver, use this workaround:

If that doesn't help, please do a clean uninstall and reinstall of both drivers, as described here:
Use the newest drivers Lenovo provides for your laptop; you can update later if necessary.
The proper order of operations is uninstall the Nvidia driver > uninstall the Intel driver > restart > reinstall the Intel driver > restart > reinstall the Nvidia driver > restart, all while your computer is offline.
You'll need to redo the Nvidia Control Panel setting, and probably not the Windows graphics setting, but please check that too.
