I can’t open the sims anymore?

Hiii since the update, I haven’t been able to open the sims 4, every time I try to launch the game, it says “launching” and then becomes a solid white screen and then crashes.  I've reinstalled th...

Try to uninstall the game and delete the sims folder. Then install the game back and load it up and see if it works.
