I can’t play sims offline

So I have been trying to play the sims 4 offline and when I click on the icon my Origin log on page pops up but only has that dino game... when I have logged in before I have clicked keep me signed in...

@dey-and-nia Origin/EA Servers had massive issues yesterday. Do you still have issues now ?
