I can’t play the sims 4 on ps5

“Press x to play” does not appear on my welcome screen. I am stuck on the screen and have no other way to actually log and play the game… I play on ps5 and everything is fully updated. I’ve tried deleted downloading, re-licensing it, rebooting it, restarting my internet etc… all my other games work perfectly fine. The sims have been doing this for some months and I deleted it for good until I decided to try, as I spent too much money on packs and the game itself to quit. I am stuck on what to do. I tried Reddit and social media’s but it seems I can’t find anyone with this exact problem. I’d say it’s my ps5 but everything else works perfectly fine. It’s just the sims.
