I cannot load my TS4 game past the load screen

I have been trying without any success to get my game to load past the loading screen. I have cleared the cache in the Sims folder, have tried loading both with and without- Mods, CC, All contents of...

    Then it is most probably your hard drive that is failing.

    Because it still could be a different culprit, like the motherboard controller (Troubleshooting over the internet is never 100%)  you should let the Hard-drive been tested. 

    If you still have warranty, use it. 

    If not, a local PC store might be the best option.

@Isaree1102  Please make sure you're copying and pasting the lines, not just writing them.  Everything has to be exactly right, including where the spaces are.

Okie doke, I am finally done with the scans, unfortunately I don't know that they've helped much. I started with the second restorehealth, and from there forward I copied and pasted what you had typed exactly. The second time I ran the restorehealth, *1* everything went fine. After the first scanhealth *2* everything was still good. That's when I ran the chkdsk,*3* and it all started to go a lil wonky. It auto restarted the computer and took absolutely forever to update itself and start back up. I did another scannow (4) and it looked good. When I went to type in chkdsk to try it again and command prompt crashed, and made my desktop look like this (5). I then opened command prompt again, and tried to input the file info you had asked me to get and it gave me this *6*. I restarted my laptop, and after that my desktop looks normal again, but it's still super laggy- I ran a last scannow (7) and got those results. I did take a peek at my taskmanager and Origin was taking up an insane amount of my disk bringing it up to 100% usage. I exited it completely, and that helped it to not run quite as bad. What step(s) do you want me to do to get any report(s) you need to see? **I added the CBS.log to the Google Drive link**

Thanks so much for all the help, I absolutely love making cc and building and I appreciate the help to get me back to the build I've been working on for about a month.

    @Isaree1102  Alright, there should be more information on these errors elsewhere.  Please open a File Explorer window and type C:\Windows in the address bar.  Look for any files labeled MEMORY.dmp, right-click and select Copy, then right-click on your desktop and select Paste.  Then open the Minidump folder (inside the Windows folder) copy and paste the last two or three files inside.  Zip the files on your desktop together, upload them to Google Drive (or whatever you want), and link them here.

        Please download Memtest86

        You need to create a bootable USB drive (All data on this USB stick will get deleted)

        The instructions are in the README of the downloaded Memtest package.

        After you created the bootable USB drive you need to boot your Computer from it and run MemTest86. (Instructions are also in the README.)

        If you have any questions, let us know.

        Edit: To elaborate a bit, had not much time before, it is most probably that either your hard-drive and/or your RAM is defective.
        Memtest86 run from its bootable drive will show us if the RAM is effected or not.
