Missing stuff

Am I only allowed go have 1 pack active a time? Every time I activate the others one deactivates or vice versa 

i am having the same issue. after clearing cache now none of my packs are appearing in game.

1800bighead​  You should be able to have all your content active at the same time, and it's very strange that activating one would deactivate another.  Are you manually checking off the packs?  Does it help to select all and disable, then select all and enable again?  If not, try deleting UserSetting.ini, in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4, as this is the file that stores the pack selections.

mavavae​  Please see whether the packs are disabled under Marketplace > My Collection.  If they don't appear there at all, clear the EA App's cache and repair the game (Sims 4 > Manage > Repair), then look under My Collection again.

Same thing is happening to me. If i try to active one pack and even If NO other packs are selected it will still deactivate all of them but the only one I actually selected it will activate it. Currently the Marketplace has ensured that i cannot play the games i paid for it. 

Doing what you said made things worse. Now there is a mismatch of deactivated and activated expansion, packs, kits. No amount of selecting and deselecting is fixing it.

I tried all of that and none of it is working. If i make sure NO other ones are selected it will still deactivate all other ones while activating the only one that was selected. I tired everything you said and It did not work. Still stuck with it being deactivated and unable to activate without deactivate every other expansion pack. Yes I did make sure they were not selected. 

My sims menu doesn't have "Pack Selection"? What do I do?

me neither. i have troubleshooted in every and nothing is making my packs appear in game. are there file solutions to this or is it just a bug?

dc2a65321334b1ba​ mavavae​  The Main Menu should have a Marketplace header, and you should see a My Collection header in that section.  The Pack Selection button shows up there.

psysora​  Try deleting UserSetting.ini in Documents > Electronic Arts > The Sims 4.  This is the file that stores the data for which packs have been disabled, and it might be corrupt.

Is there a chance that deleting this file messes anything up my game? The one you're talking about in your response to psysora​ 

I am on a Mac and have located the file but am scared to delete it haha
