@JonaO703 Yea, the Better Build/Buy mod did just that. I have it. You click on something, you hear the click, but the item never gets selected and you cannot place anything.
The mod broke with the patch, but it has since been updated and the new version works just fine.

@Psychotps @JonaO703 Hey there! So I removed and added the new better build/buy updated mod from March. It's now working for me!! 🙂
Thanks so much! I deleted Origin and Sims from the computer and redownloaded it.. Everything seems to be working just fine now!
