I can't access my sims 4 anymore!

I haven't been on the sims 4 in ages because of my recent purchase of a PC and the sims 4, along with my origin account, was on my sturdy laptop. My laptop could run sims fine and could play as I wish. Then I managed to get my hands on a pc and I forgot about the sims 4 until the other day when I saw it on YouTube. So I dug out my laptop and tried to load up the game however I was stopped by an origin update, I didn't not expect it to update however after the update I was greeted a blank games library with no sims 4. All I could think was, was it removed or have I been hacked. I tried my best to get it back; putting the disks back in and even trying to redeem the code again but it didn't work. So I tried downloading it on my much faster PC and I had the same problem. I am using the same account as before but sims 4 is gone. Please help with my problem and I hope you could help me solve it. Thank you

  • Give these a try:

The game no longer shows up in Origin

    Try the following things:

    • Restart Origin.
    • Log out and back in and use the email address instead of the user name. Make sure to use the one you used to register the game in the first place.
    • Reinstall Origin.
    • Restart your router/modem.
    • Make sure the game isn't hidden by accident. To check, put the filter to Hidden Games. If it's there, right-click on the game to unhide ((click on the spoiler below to view an exemplary screenshot))
