i have an issue that i cant buy any sims 4 packs in the ea app as they don't appear there and when i tried to purchase from the game itself they transfer me to ea app and it says error and when i tried on the website it says not available. please help me with this issue. 

ps: it not a payment issue

    Hey Smaltabtabaie​,

    Have you been able to see or purchase these packs in the past? Typically, when we see this behavior it's due to regional restrictions that may prevent some titles or content from being available to those in certain regions. Have you moved or changed location at all since the last time you'd picked up any packs?

    I would definitely check to be sure your account details and location are accurate and up-to-date in your account settings here just to be sure that's not a potential factor in this situation.

    yes i have been able to see them before and i have few packs actually and no i haven't change the location at all 

    i still have my own packs but i cant buy new ones because again i cant see them
