I can't change the language - both on EA app and steam

The technical issues started when I tried to uninstall the Sims 4 on the EA when I clicked ... it wouldn't show half of the options including uninstall. I tried every single tutorial both by using EA...

@Angellafire If you can't uninstall Sims 4, try using Revo Uninstaller (the free version is fine) instead. More details here:

Steam should offer all languages, so you should be able to choose whatever you want when reinstalling. However, existing saves may still have some Russian names.
